Some time before the destruction of the continents of Lemuria and Atlantis (Pacific Ocean, thousands of years ago) most of the sacred flames were removed from the surface of our planet. They were safely transferred into the inner earth or to ethereal temples above the earth.
After the major tidal waves our ancestors from Lemuria moved and builed a beautiful city of light, called Telos. It’s situated in the inner earth directly underneath Mount Shasta, California, USA.
Telos is also known as “the crystal city of the light of the seven rays” and has about 1,5 million inhabitants. It’s size is two kilometers and an area of 1.5 km. Our brothers and sisters in the city of light have mastered the use of the holy flames and the Threefold Flame in their hearts. Telos people live long lives. Many are hundreds of years old but look thirty or forty. They live together in abundancy, prosperity, harmony and in love without the use of money.
One of the great spiritual masters who is reaching out to share the Lemurian wisdom with us, is high priest Adama and spiritual leader of Telos. He serves as the head of the Lemurian Council of Light located on Telos.
It’s not the only city that is hidden in the inside of Mother Earth. Other examples are Posid, Rama and Machu Picchu and all these cities are thriving in a different dimension, such as 5D or even higher.
Aurelia Louise Jones, has written several books about Telos and one of them gives channeled information about the fifth dimensional awareness.
My interpretation is that 5D awareness is about being your true self according to your divine blueprint, following your heart and living in the present moment. To become your true divine self again, it’s for most of us necessary to transform, to ascend in frequency (good vibes) and make the connection again with our heart and let the Threefold Flame grow in size and radiance.
The cities in the Inner Earth are working together with the light masters to help the process of human ascension. Our brothers and sisters from the ‘hidden cities’ are waiting to come and live with us on the surface on earth. And they will, as soon as we are awake, being our true selves!
The key for our ascension is love. Self-love, love of God and love for everyone living on Earth, including animals and all of the kingdoms on this beautiful planet.
Humanity has been waiting for this event for thousands of years. And it’s coming!
